The minimum user access level a user must have
to use this feature of Pimarc.
This section provides a brief overview of the main menus in Pimarc.
The beginning of the upper menu shows the time of day, morning, afternoon, evening, etc. and then the name of the user that is currently signed in.
Next, the envelope symbol is used to indicate when thare are
notifications waiting to be viewed
The Start menu shows the calendar, the news section, your personal task list, your personal contact rolodex,
your notification / mail page, for those in Ontario a way to assign AOLS numbers to projects, a way to assign existing budgets to a project,
the My Settings section to modify your personal information and lastly the logoff button.
The Search menu allows you to search for projects based on search criteria or by map, to search for other surveyors plans that are in your collection, to search for clients,
to search for budgets, to search for monuments and to search for notes from the project, the time entry and the client sections.
The Create menu allows users to create projects, to create project tasks, to create project tasks from task templates, to create other surveyor plan records, to create clients and to create budgets.
The Schedule menu displays the master to do task list, the daily task list, the scheduled tasks grouped by staff and the schedule tasks grouped by projects.
The Time & Billing menu allows users to enter time for individual projects or to enter time to multiple projects from a common time amount,
it also allows users to enter invoices, payments and credit notes or refunds.
The Reports menu lists all the reports the user is allowed access to and allows the user to order the report list and add and remove reports from the list.
The Printing menu allows user to print out project labels and contact or client mailing labels.
The System menu allows administrators to populate the various code tables and configuration options the system uses to give options to the users.
The lower menu otions start with the Notes Search box.
The Calendar icon will display the calendar using the current infromation display settings.
The Project Search icon opens the project search page
The Google search button opens the page to display the search results on Google map pages.
The Other Plans Search button opens the other plans section to search for plans that have been purchased for past projects.
The Client Search button opens the window to allow the user to search for client and project contact information.
The Budget Search button opens the budget search reults page.
The Invoice Search button displays a list of invoices and allows you to attach payments to those invoices.
The Project Time Search button displays a list of projects and allows the user to add more time to the project or add the project to the Time tracker app.
The Reports List button opens the user's personal report list
The Logout button takes the user back to the login screen.
