The minimum user access level a user must have
to use this feature of Pimarc.
When you first display the project time information the system only shows unposted records.
Unposted records are time entries that have not been invoiced to the client. This way users
will always know which time entries have not been billed and which time entries have already been billed. To see all time
entries all the user has to do is uncheck the "Display only unposted records" checkbox.
When you change the check mark in the "Display only unposted records" setting the page will
refresh using the setting to control which records get displayed. In the graphic below you
can tell which records have been posted because there is a
in the Posted column and there is a date in the posted date column.
In the graphic above you will notice that some of the text menu options are displayed in red. This
is to show that there are unposted records in this section.
The "Time Filter" is used to search that project's time notes for specific time entries and only
the time entries that match the search parameters will be displayed.
The "View Time Chart" button will show a pie chart of all the time spent on this project grouped by
department and billing code.
