Add an Appointment

The minimum user access level a user must have to use this feature of Pimarc.

You can enter your appointment in the calendar. It is viewed by personal, only level 7 users can view your appointment.

To add an appointment:

  1. Select the date in the calendar; it opens your personal day schedule.

  2. Select the time your appointment starts; it opens a new window.

  3. Input your appointment ends time, subject, location and details.

  4. Click "Add" button to add your appointment. If you want to cancel it, you can sample click the cancel button.
