Different User's Schedule

The minimum user access level a user must have to use this feature of Pimarc.

Previous

You can view, add, or edit other users day schedule.

To select a different user's day schedule:

  1. Select the date in the calendar; it opens your personal day schedule.

  2. Click the "Select a different user" button; it opens a new window.

  3. Choose a person and the day to be displayed.

  4. You can sample click the person's name, and it opens the person's day schedule.
  5. You can view, add, or edit the person's day schedule.
